Blog HELP...

Okay, I am in desperate need of a little help over here.

I am completely bored with how my blog looks right now, and it is well overdue for a refresh. A little refurnishing is in order. But I need a kind soul to walk me through a few things.

First, can anyone teach me how to edit the HTML code on my blog template to insert a new skin I have downloaded? Second, how do I add links to other blogs on here? And third, please tell me there is an easier way to upload and arrange photos, because right now it takes absolutely forever and the arranging is even more painful. Honestly that alone is one of the biggest reasons I do not post pictures more often. As if I have nothing else to do but sit here wrestling with photo uploads all day.
