CNY IS HERE!!

BLESSED CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!!
*Cheers to another great fun time during CNY this year!! =)*

So what were you all doing at the stroke of the new year? Praying? =P
Or fasting? =P=P
Or just happily pigging away? Heh heh…

Whatever it was, I’m sure all of you were having a great time.

Unlike me… this year was something else entirely.

At the stroke of CNY, I was blasting away… in the toilet.
Yes, aka cirit birit-ing!!

While I was in there, I could hear my neighbours at the back happily blasting their firecrackers non stop.
Gee… what a “memorable” CNY moment.

Sigh… oh well. At least I had my own version of blasting… just not the firecracker kind.

So what did I eat today? Honestly, just mummy’s cooking and some pistachio nuts. And I trust mummy’s cooking so much, because it has never made me sick before, not even once.

So there is no way I’m suspecting her cooking at all.

I’m putting all the blame on the pistachio nuts. A real nut case indeed!

Ouch… my tummy is still hurting… =(

I think I better go get some “magic powder”, my ever-faithful Chinese medication, to settle this aching tummy before it gets worse and ruins the first day of the new year tomorrow.

So have a GREAT CNY, peeps.

And don’t forget to spend the new year with your FAMILY. not just your friends.

FAMILY = OUR TREASURES

Love and hugs,
Rach

Hey Josh!!
LOL...Thanks for your concern. Feeling much better dee. Oh the 'magic powder' it's actually a chinese medication in powder form. It's really effective for tummy upsets. Been in the family for years! haha.
Nah CNY is usually quiet for us. Not like those days. Since granny sold her hse and stayed with my unc, all relatives goes to unc's place and there we get to see them when we visit granny durin CNY.

Moreover, my family usually takes CNY to relax sumwhere by the beach. Just not this year as we were travelling quite a fair bit last year. So decided to just stay put this time. Stocked up food and entertainment at home to enjoy! =P

What bout u? Hows the atmosphere over there? any CNY happenings at china town or sumthing??=)
