Busy Season but good kinda season...
There’s actually so much to update. So many things have happened.
For starters… I got a dog.
Yes, unbelievable for those who know me. “Getting a dog? Rach, are you crazy?” I know, I know. But I got her anyway. She looked so adorable behind the glass.
But after bringing her home… let’s just say the “adorable” came with a whole other side. Haha.
Her name is Lady. She’s still adorable, but also incredibly mischievous, naughty, and super active. Honestly, she can be quite irritating at times. Till now, I still don’t have a solid answer for why I bought her. The only reason I can give is… she was just too adorable.
With my already busy lifestyle, it really does feel like I’ve added extra weight onto my shoulders. Training her and trying to get her to understand me requires a lot, a lot of patience. I’ve been cleaning up after her every single day, and yes, that includes some pretty unpleasant moments.
Now I know what it really means to have a dog.
There are days I feel like giving her up. Especially when she starts barking every morning at 6 or 7am. My Malay neighbour has already complained about the noise. So guess who has to wake up early every single day just to calm her down. Me.
It’s quite crazy, honestly.
Some friends have even suggested that I sell Lady off. But somehow, something in me still wants to persevere a little longer. After all, it was my decision to get her. It’s my responsibility.
There were other reasons too, but no point going into that here.
She’s about four months old now. I’ll upload her photos when I have more time.
Okay, enough about my little pup. Haha.
There are other things going on as well, but I really don’t have the time to sit down and write everything out right now. I’ll probably share bits and pieces along the way.
At the moment, the biggest thing I’m looking forward to is Extravaganza. I’ll be heading to Singapore for it this month, and I am really, really excited. Apparently all the hotels are fully booked. It’s one of the biggest and most happening events in the Asia Pacific region.
Alright, that’s just a small snapshot of my life right now.
More to come soon.
You all take care, yeah.
Hugs all. :)
