Joy of Dance training

Normally I'm just really impatient when it comes to blogging with pics. All the waiting for it to load...etc...So that explains why there isnt many pics on my blog...Tho I'd love blogging bout life with pics....I also wish I have more time to sleep, eat and rest besides majority of it being taken up by work.

Anyhow! This one post is just simply irresistable ....

I've got some juicy vids and pics to share!

Dance training was extra fun tonite. You'll know why soon.. hehe

All gettin ready for the training. See those numbers on the floor? This is what we call a Circuit Training. There are 10 stations. You do different exercise on different stations. All that to build our stamina and of course get into shape! hehe... It's no joke dancing 1 hr straight in a production.. so we need the stamina!!
Training in progress. Every stations the exercise will last 30 secs. So you keep doing till you here the whisle, Stop... and then go to the next station till all 10 stations are completed.

What do we do when we have our 3 mins break???

Ok it's 'Leech' not because that's her name..not because she's a leech..
it's js a short form we made up..heh..
It's short for Lee Cheng..Like Daren says it..You can greet her like this: "Yo! Lee with the C. H." *do a letter C with your arms followed by the letter H then do a rappers sign with both hands*

Back to another round of circuit training...ANDDD... this time round it's gonna be 45 secs at all stations... PLUSSS..... additional exercises and of course more challenging ones too...*=_=" Lord help us..=P*
Harlo! 45 secs with some of the exerises we do.. it's not as easy as you think ok...tsk..tsk..
*singing* "Mamma Mia! Here we go again... my my!!".. we are so enojoying it! haha..

Alritey! Cooling down time!! Edmund (our training master) got us to do the front flip / roll.. whatever you call it.. haha... AND... Here you have our very own terra-menerra Dashing Darren having a go at it!! =D

but i'm js too lazy to post that part up dee... this post I edited since this morning at 3sumthing.
I shall past the mamak part... heh!
There ... It's just wonderful being at those dance training! Cant wait for this sat's. Hip hop!!!
